Antler Woods is cared for by a small dedicated team who take great pride in what they do. We kindly ask that our staff, the property, and the surrounding forest be treated with courtesy and respect at all times.
Pets are not permitted, as Bhalu and Badal enjoy having the property to themselves.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM, out of consideration for other guests, our team and the surrounding wildlife.
Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited.
Firearms, weapons and ammunition of any kind are not permitted on the property.
Open flames, fireworks, firecrackers, candles or incense are not permitted unless specifically approved by the Staff
Please do not enter staff areas, private areas or other restricted parts of the property.
Please do not climb trees, fences or structures, or venture into the forest beyond designated areas without the team.
Children must be supervised by their accompanying adults at all times.
Guests are responsible for any damage to Antler Woods, its furniture, fixtures or other property caused during their stay.
Please do not feed, chase, touch or otherwise disturb the wildlife.
Drones are not permitted without prior approval, as they can disturb wildlife and other guests.
Please switch off lights, fans, air conditioning and other electrical appliances when leaving your room.
Please use water responsibly and help us minimise waste.
Most importantly, please treat Antler Woods as you would your own home — leaving it just as beautiful for the next guests and the wildlife that call it home.
